SRS Racing Kart School SRS Racing was established in 1981 by school principal Stuart Ziemelis. Stuart, who is a multiple ex-British champion, recognised a need for proper training and a safe introduction for novice drivers into the exciting sport of kart racing. Stuart was also involved with the ARKS Association at its conception and SRS is a founder member. Basic tuition, ARKS testing and advanced race craft, along with the hire or purchase of karts and equipment can be arranged with the SRS School. Activities also include Cadet and Junior confidence building, and advanced Junior and Senior expert one to one driver coaching. Once an individual has contacted SRS Racing there are many options open to them. They can attend a pre-ARKS test training lesson, where all the necessary equipment and tuition is provided. The next step would be to book and take the ARKS test. Once successfully through the test the options are either to purchase or hire a kart. Whichever direction is chosen the SRS team will ensure you receive a complete back-up service allowing the driver the freedom to focus purely on racing.
